Terry's early years were spent as a young apprentice, learning the ropes of the trade from his Uncles and Grandfather. It was during this time that his passion for well drilling was ignited.

Even in the late 1990s, when Terry faced physical challenges and found himself confined to a wheelchair, his dedication to the well drilling profession never wavered. In the early 1990s, his son-in-law, Steve, joined him, sharing Terry's commitment to the family business.

Today, Steve and Krista proudly carry the torch as the owner-operators of T.M. Burpee Drilling Ltd. Their dedication to maintaining the company's legacy of excellence is unwavering. The family tradition continues with Conner, a licensed mechanic and well driller, who has become an integral part of our team.
